Gordon's women have chalked up yet another victory in 2009, this time in the MNSDWBA competition for Jean Webster trophy.

In this event, each club in the District fields a team of 4 women, only 2 of whom are allowed to be experienced bowlers. The other two must be bowlers of under 4 years experience. So this win is specially pleasing as it shows that GWBC has been successfully recruiting new talent to support our current champion players
